At ZeVuitton, every item is individually handcrafted and made to order by skilled artisans. Because each product is created specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality or shipping issues.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
All ZeVuitton products are handcrafted after an order is placed. We do not keep mass-produced inventory, which means every item is created specifically for you.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

Ordering the wrong item

Incorrect size selected during checkout

Color preference

Accidental purchases

Delays caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, compatibility information, and shipping details before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund if a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.
Lost Packages
If your tracking has stopped updating for an unusual period or your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.
Before issuing a replacement or refund, we may:

Verify the shipping information provided with your order

Contact the shipping carrier

Complete a carrier investigation when applicable
Once the package is officially determined to be lost, we will either:

Send a replacement, or

Issue a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately so we can update it.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is received, cancellation requests are only accepted before production has started.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Handmade Product Variations
Each ZeVuitton item is individually handcrafted.
Small variations in:

Leather grain

Texture
-
Stitching
-
Edge finishing

Color tone
-
Natural markings
are normal characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
For products created using upcycled authentic luxury materials, slight variations in pattern placement are also expected, making every piece unique.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
